Status Update 29/11/06

Hi Guys,

As most of you are currently aware the servers are up and down or may be stuttering. I lodged a case with the Datacenter who were having some issues but are now resolved. Unfortunately it seems the ISP the back-end server is with is also having problems. The gateway router for the back end server is having some issues and I have lodged a case with them and hopefully it will resolve in the next couple of hours. We appologize for the downtime and hopefully we can get things operational again soon.

Well the datacenter was performing maintenance on the network last night and I can only assume that is what caused the issues.

Seems like some network config corrupted on the server and the main IP address for the radio was having packet loss, removing the alias from the machine and re-adding it solved the problem. I had rebooted the machine about 15 times and after re-adding the IP alias rebooting the machine was still fine. Very bizarre...

In any case lets see how it goes.
